To send SMS to a foreign mobile phone, you can follow these steps:
1、Open your messaging app on your phone.
2、Input the recipient’s phone number, including the country code. For example, if you want to send a message to a UK phone number, you should input "+44" followed by the phone number.
3、Type your message in the text box.
4、Select the "Send" button to send the message.
In English, you can say: "Hi [Name], it’s [Your Name] from [Your Country]. I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out and say hello. [Your message continues...]"
